Criollo由於品種特性，培育上更為困難，遂而僅佔全世界總可可豆產量不到5%。然此款Porcelana不但空前大手筆100%採用Criollo為原料，且每一顆均精選自精品產地-委內瑞拉產區，每年僅能限量供應二萬片，珍貴程度可見一斑。故而始終被飲食專家與資深饕客目為巧克力世界的顛峰級名品！

Porcelana is a Criollo cocoa, the rarest cocoa variety in the world. It takes its name from the pale colour of its seeds and it is known worldwide because the chocolate flavour obrained by this cocoa is distictively round and sweet. From this fine cocoa, grown southwest of Lake Maracaibo, in the Venezuelan region of Zulia, a very light, aromatic and harmonious cocoa is born.
