Toscano Black 70 is the first creation (1998) and Casa Amedei's dark chocolates Manifesto. It is a bold blend, obtained by combining three genetic qualities of cocoa from Madagascar, Ghana, Ecuador and Venezuela. A 70% dark chocolate with a clean snap that immediately seduces the palate with its initial delicacy and then a surprising more structured powerful flavour to finish.
