純手工製作的大利聖誕麵包潘娜多妮 (Panettone)是義大利人聖誕節期間必吃的應景食物。 遵循古老傳統工藝與手法,麵團裡揉進大量奶油,並加入浸潤過澄酒的 Cesarin西西里橘皮、檸檬皮、葡萄乾等蜜漬水果乾,最後拌入AMEDEI 63%頂級純黑巧克力粒由於此款麵包做工繁複,砂糖、雞蛋與奶油含量均高,且需要經過長時間低溫發酵與熟成,因此麵包體吃起來有著接近蛋糕的香甜風味,紮實的麵包體、鬆化的組織與綿密的口感,相當迷人。

RobertoRinaldini's artisan panettone is prepared with the best raw materials,following the ancient pastry art with a process that lasts over 48 hours andwith natural leavening.


Few selected ingredients such as wheat flour, fresh eggs and butter, honey,raisins, candied orange peel and Amedei chocolate chips, a 65% dark chocolatemade exclusively with cocoa beans and cane sugar. Ingredients and NutritionalValues visible in the product photo.
